Cancellation Policy

At Maison Belle, we understand that plans can change.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@maisonbelle.co.za.

Orders Already Processed

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may be eligible for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before your order has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
